MagikStory is an AI-powered platform that generates personalized audio stories for children. We offer both free and premium subscription plans with different features and usage limits.

3. User Accounts

To use MagikStory, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan: Limited to 3 stories per month with basic features.

Premium Plan (€9.99/month): Unlimited stories with enhanced features. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

5. Payment Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are not provided for partial months, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the stories created using MagikStory. However, by using our service, you grant us a license to use the content for service improvement and quality assurance purposes. We will never share your stories publicly without your explicit consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Generate inappropriate or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Share your account credentials with others
• Abuse or exploit the service in any way

8. Limitation of Liability

MagikStory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of MagikStory after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
